North Sea Terminal Bremerhaven & Portchain start collaboration for berth efficiency optimization
Portchain offers AI-powered berth and schedule management for container terminals and carriers. The company is pleased to announce its pilot collaboration with North Sea Terminal Bremerhaven (NTB), one of the largest transshipment hubs in Northern Europe. The deployment of berth optimization is an important step in NTB’s ambitious digitization agenda and their continued focus on safe & efficient optimization of operations.
Portchain’s Berth Optimization Engine will help NTB plan the berthing of vessels more effectively using AI-powered algorithms. Consequently, enabling sharing of berthing information in real-time within the terminal and with customers.
