New product names to match Portchain's new corporate strategy

Portchain’s talented team is working to make container shipping more predictable, efficient, and green by optimizing port calls through improved alignment and planning. Our ultimate goal is to create a platform for all stakeholders to create win-win collaborative solutions to optimize port calls locally and globally.

To better align our product strategies to our vision, from now on BOE will operate under the name of Portchain Quay and DBA will be renamed Portchain Connect.

Portchain Quay

Berth Optimization Engine (BOE) will evolve into Portchain Quay, a quayside optimization and alignment tool that helps terminals manage their berth plan and deploy their resources in the most efficient way.

Portchain Connect

Digital Berth Alignment (DBA) is now Portchain Connect, a collaborative planning tool for terminals and carriers to align berthing windows and enable them to optimize their operations through better data.

 

These new names will allow Portchain to evolve towards the creation of further win-win solutions for our clients and port stakeholders.
